SWEET & SOUR SLAW 
1 lg. cabbage
1 lg. green pepper
1 lg. onion
1 c. sugar

SAUCE:

1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. salad oil

Shred cabbage with knife. Cut green peppers into thin slivers and thinly slice onion. Pour sugar over veggies. Bring sauce to boil and pour over veggies. Cover and marinate 6 hours. Stir after 4 hours.
