SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. mild pork sausage
1 stalk celery with leaves
4 to 5 green onions
2 pkgs. Lipton dry chicken noodles soup
4 1/2 c. water
6 oz. pkg. cooked wild or herb rice
2 sm. cans water chestnuts

If cooking casserole in crock pot, use 2 1/2 cups water. Brown sausage to crumble; drain grease. Brown celery and green onions in small amount of grease. Add soup mixes, water, and then remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes. Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
