HOT BEAN DIP 
1 (16 oz.) can spicy refried beans
3/4 c. pork pieces or chicken, cut into sm. pieces & cook in microwave oven until done, approximately 2 to 3 minutes
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Picante sauce, mild or hot (1/4 of a jar)
1 tsp. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
2 dashes of Tabasco sauce

Mix all together and top with sliced olives. Heat at 350 degrees (no lid) for 30 minutes. Dip with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
