APPLE PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. apple slices (Winesap or any cooking apples)
2 frozen pie shells

Mix all dry ingredients; sprinkle over sliced apples, mix lightly in bowl. Place in pie crust and put pieces of butter on apples. Make vent hole in top of crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, turn down to 300 degrees and bake for 45 minutes or until top is brown.
