GROUND MEAT QUICHE 
1/2 lb. ground venison or beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. sliced scallions
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat in as little oil as possible. Drain well. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, scallions, salt, and pepper. Put into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until the custard tests done (a knife inserted in center comes out clean).
