EASY CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
8 chicken breasts or 1 cut up whole chicken
Salt
Pepper

Mix soups and water well. Stir rice into soup. Place into buttered baking dish. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Lay chicken pieces on top of soup mixture, skin side up. Bake, uncovered, at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
