SPAGHETTI SALAD 
2 lbs. of thin spaghetti
1 lg. bottle of Italian salad dressing
Optional: 1 pkg. of dry salad seasoning mix with cheese (Good Season or Durkee's)

2 cucumbers 1 lg. red pepper 1 lg. green pepper (or yellow pepper) 2 med. tomatoes 1 bunch scallions 1 red onion

1. While pasta is cooking.

2. Take all the seeds out of cucumber, tomatoes and peppers, then dice or chip into small pieces, add diced onion and scallions.

3. Cook and drain pasta.

In large bowl, add chopped vegetables and salad dressings, add drained pasta and toss until evenly mixed, cool in refrigerator.

Variation: add grated cheese, more garlic, or chopped fine carrots to taste.

Enjoy.
