CROUTON CHICKEN 
4-6 skinned & boned chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. white wine
Croutons
Swiss cheese slices

Lay breasts in pan or casserole dish. Lay cheese over breasts. Mix together soup and wine in bowl. Pour over chicken mixture, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle croutons over top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered, then uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes.
