1 yellow cake mix
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs

FILLING:

1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. cinnamon

ICING MIXTURE:

3 c. powdered sugar
4 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake mix, sour cream, oil and eggs together. Divide in half. Put half in bottom of greased and floured cake or Bundt pan. Mix nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle on top of above. Top with remaining cake mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and drizzle icing mixture over top.
