SAUERKRAUT RELISH 
2 c. sauerkraut
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion

Cut the sauerkraut with scissors. Combine sauerkraut with sugar; let stand for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and chill for 12 hours.
