PARTY PINEAPPLE HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground smoked ham
1 lb. ground lean fresh pork
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 eggs
3/4 c. bread crumbs
8 slices pineapple (drain and save juice)

SPICY GLAZE:

Pineapple juice
Brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Mix together all ingredients except the pineapple. Divide into (9) patties. In a shallow baking dish, form into balls, flattened somewhat, and alternate with pineapple slices. Start and end with a meat roll.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Bake 1 hour longer basting often with the glaze mix.
