PINEAPPLE HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar

Remove pineapple slices from can. Save juice. Combine juice, mustard and brown sugar. Stir and set aside.

Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix well. Make large patties of the meat mixture. Stand on end with pineapple slice between each patty in meatloaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Add pineapple syrup and bake another 1/2 hour. Serve each patty with a pineapple slice on top.
