CARAMEL CORN 
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 to 4 qt. popped popcorn

Put butter, sugar, syrup and salt in casserole. Bring to boil in microwave and then boil for 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Place popped corn in grocery bag. Pour caramel over and shake. Cook on high for 1 1/2 minutes, shake. Cook for another 1 1/2 minutes. Shake and pour into pan to cool, stir occasionally.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
