ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can asparagus, drained, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, diced
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. buttered cracker crumbs

Combine first 6 ingredients. Pour into a small casserole dish. Sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
