AUNT TILLIE'S OATMEAL COOKIES 
3 c. sugar
2 c. lard
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. ground raisins
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
About 6 c. flour
4 eggs
Salt
Vanilla

Make small balls and flatten out with three fingers. Cream lard and sugar, add beaten eggs, raisins, oatmeal, vanilla, and sifted dry ingredients. Makes large batch. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
