ZUCCHINI COBBLES 
STEP 1:

8 c. zucchini, peeled, seeded and sliced
2/3 c. lemon juice

Cook together until done.

STEP 2:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Add to first mixture and cook 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup crust mixture, cook until thick.

STEP 3 CRUST FOR ZUCCHINI COBBLER:

4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 sticks marg.

Mix until crumbly. Press half of crust mixture in bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

Mix step 1 and 2 together pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Spread rest of crust over top. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
