CREAM CHEESE AND CHERRY TARTS 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. vanilla wafers
1 can Comstock cherry pie filling
1 pkg. miniature cupcake foils

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Line up cupcake foils on cookie sheet. Place a vanilla wafer (flat side up) in bottom of cupcake foil. Pour 1 1/2 teaspoons of mixture in cupcake foil. Bake 350 degrees approximately 10-15 minutes until lightly brown on top. Cool. Spoon cherry filling on miniature tart and serve. They need to be refrigerated.
