CHERRY CHEESE TARTS 
1 can cherry pie filing
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Vanilla wafers

Soften cream cheese in bowl, mix in sugar gradually. Combine vanilla and lemon juice. Mix in eggs separately until creamy. Place wafers in cup cake papers in muffin pan and drop in cheese mix evenly. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until cakes just set. Let cool and drop on pie filling (about 1 tablespoon each). Chill or freeze.
