RHUBARB PUNCH 
4 c. fresh rhubarb, cut in 1 inch chunks
2 c. sugar
1 pkg. unsweetened strawberry Kool-Aid
6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate

Cook rhubarb and sugar together until tender. Cool slightly and place in blender with rest of ingredients and blend until smooth. To serve mix with an equal portion of 7-Up or lemon-lime pop over ice.
