SWEDISH PANCAKES 
3 eggs
1 1/4 milk
3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
Dash of salt

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Stir in milk. Mix in flour, a bit at a time. Put in sugar and salt. Heat up pan and put butter in pan. Cover bottom. Take a big spoonful of mix and put in pan, lift and spread around (swirl). Make sure it covers bottom and a bit on the sides of pan. Cook until light brown. Remove, add butter, syrup or jelly or peanut butter. Roll.
