SWEDISH PANCAKES 
3 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk (or cream)
1 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Beat eggs and evaporated milk (cream) together. Sift in flour, beat until smooth. Gradually add milk, then stir in fat, salt and sugar. For best result, make up batch the night before. Brush platter pan with butter before making first batch. Add later ONLY if pan becomes dry. (For best results - do not substitute ingredients.)
