JON'S SWEDISH PANCAKES | |
1 part white flour 3 eggs 1 part milk 3 drops cooking oil Dash of salt or sugar Drop of vanilla Beat eggs with fork until fluffy. intermittently to the egg mixture, add a little milk and a little flour and so on until the batter is the consistency of pea soup. Add rest of ingredients. Heat a large, heavy skillet on stove. Pour batter in middle of pan. Turn hand up and around until batter fills the whole pan like a crepe. Turn pancake over when bubbles appear. Serve warm with ligenberries or sugar the Scandinavian way or maple syrup the American way. |
