2 1/2 c. sauerkraut
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
1 sm. can pimentos, chopped
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Mix all ingredients in order listed. Chill overnight.
