CRABMEAT SPREAD 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) crabmeat, flaked
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. fine onion
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tbsp. horseradish
Crackers

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crackers.
