CREAMED SHRIMP 
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 can tuna, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. heavy cream
Dash Tabasco sauce
Dash pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/4 c. sherry

Saute onion in butter in skillet until tender. Mix tuna with soup in bowl. Add to skillet with remaining ingredients except sherry; mix well. Simmer for several minutes. Stir in sherry. Serve over rice.
