GRAHAM CRACKER COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
Graham crackers

Melt butter. Add sugar and boil for 2 minutes. Cool and add walnuts or pecans, and vanilla, stirring. Line cookie sheet with foil. Lay graham crackers close together. Spoon mixture on top of graham crackers. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes. Cool before removing from cookie sheet.
