CRUNCHY BANANA BREAD 
1 c. unbleached flour
1 c. tritcale flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 c. corn oil butter, melted
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. banana, mashed
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Grape-Nut Cereal

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, add butter, skim milk, banana, honey and vanilla. Mix until moistened, then stir in cereal. Pour into a loaf pan which has been oiled. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Refrigerate to keep fresh.
