CARROT JUICE 
3 med. carrots, grated or shredded
2 c. water
1/3 c. non-instant powdered milk

Place carrots and water in a medium saucepan. Cover tightly and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1/2 hour or until carrots are tender. Cool. Place carrot mixture in a blender along with powdered milk; blend until smooth. Makes 3 cups.
