SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked squash
2 eggs
1 tsp. black pepper
1 c. milk
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 stick of butter

Cook squash. Drain off water. Add melted butter, salt, pepper and milk to squash. Then add beaten eggs and cheese. Add onions last. Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
