ROMAN HOLIDAY BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
4 c. cooked wide noodles
1 lb. hot Italian sausage, cut sm.
1 c. chopped onion
8 tsp. oregano leaves
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
Cheddar cheese slices

Brown beef and sausage with onion and oregano. Pour off fat. Add soups and water. Chill meat sauce and noodles separately overnight.

Combine meat and noodles; pour into 8x12x2 inch pan. Cover, place in cold oven and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Stir. Top with cheese and bake until cheese melts. Serves 6.
