8 oz. broad noodles 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck 1 c. cottage cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. sour cream 1 1/4 tsp. salt, pepper to taste 2 c. tomato sauce 1/2 c. onion, minced 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Cook noodles and drain. Brown meat seasoned with salt, pepper, drain off fat. Add tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce to meat. Blend cheeses, sour cream and onions together. Put 1/2 noodles, add all cheese mix, cover with 1/2 noodles and rest of sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover for first 1/2 hour; uncover second half. Serves 6-8. |
