1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients by hand and bake in a well greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. After baking, melt 2 tablespoons butter and spread on top, then sprinkle with mixture of: 1/4 cup sugar, 3 teaspoons cinnamon. This is a family favorite and is super when still warm.
