EGG CAKE 
9 eggs, beaten with mixer
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
3 slices bread, cubed
3 green onions with tops, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, diced

Brown sausage well and drain. Put into bottom of 9x13 pan. Put bread on top. Sprinkle onions and peppers on top; then add cheese over top. Mix beaten eggs, milk, salt and mustard, add to pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool a few minutes before cutting.
