6 cooked sweet potatoes (yams), halved lengthwise
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. orange juice

Arrange cooked potatoes in baking dish. Heat juice, honey and 1 tablespoon butter in saucepan. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with small amount of salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
