REFRIGERATOR BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. boiling water
2 c. Bran Flakes
3 c. white sugar
1 c. Crisco
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
4 c. Kellogg's All Bran

Pour boiling water over Bran Flakes and the All Bran. Add sugar and Crisco; let soak for short time. Add buttermilk and eggs. Sift flour and soda. Refrigerate. Will keep 6 to 7 weeks. Bake in muffin cups as needed. Beat each time before baking a batch. Dates and raisins may be added before baking at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
