2 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter
2 - 3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
5 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Cream together the sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Then add the sour cream, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix thoroughly. Roll out on a floured, sugared paper. Cut into desired shapes. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 - 10 minutes.
