DRIED BEEF DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef, finely chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. onion flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

TOPPING:

1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream cheese with milk and stir in beef. Blend in remaining ingredients. Turn into small casserole. Saute pecans in butter, sprinkle with salt. Spoon over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or thin slices of bread. Can be mixed and frozen until needed.
