HASH BROWN QUICHE | |
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed 1/3 c. butter 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 4 oz. shredded Swiss 6 oz. ham, chopped or cooked, crumbled bacon 1/2 c. half & half or milk 2 eggs 1 tbsp. each chopped onion & green pepper Salt & pepper Blot potatoes with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Press into greased 10 inch quiche dish to form crust. Spread butter over potatoes. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Fill crust with layers of cheese and meat. Combine half & half, eggs, salt, peppers and onion. Beat well and pour over cheese and meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until knife tip inserted near edge comes out clean. |
