HERBED SPINACH BAKE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 1 c. rice, cooked 1 c. cheese, grated (Cheddar) 2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 tbsp. butter, softened 1/3 c. milk 2 tbsp. onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. thyme 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10 x 16 x 1 1/2 inch casserole. 2. Cook and drain and squeeze spinach. Combine all ingredients and pour into 10 x 16 x 1 1/2 inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cut into squares and serve. 3. Top with Hollandaise sauce for something extra special! Yield: 6 servings. |
