HERBED SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix 1/4 c. melted butter Combine spinach, soup, cheese, and onion, blending well; spoon into a greased, 1 quart baking dish. Combine stuffing mix and butter; sprinkle over spinach. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6. |
