NANCY KOSAR'S PECAN TASSIES 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. flour

Cream butter and cheese. Add flour and mix well. Form 24 balls. Shape into tart tins.

FILLING:

2 eggs
1 3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. maple flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
Chopped pecans

Sprinkle pecans to cover bottom of tart shells. Beat eggs lightly with fork. Add rest of ingredients. Fill tarts. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
