HAMBURGER SOUP 
2 qt. water
6 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. barley quick
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. carrots, raw
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. can tomato sauce
10 oz. lima beans or corn

Heat water and bouillon cubes; cook ground beef and drain. Add meat and rest of ingredients, except beans or corn, to broth. Simmer covered for 30 minutes. Add beans or corn. Simmer 15 minutes.
