DOUBLE TOFFEE DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. nuts, chopped (English walnuts or pecans)
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar (granulated)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. dry instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. dry instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 c. water
3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine brown sugar, chopped nuts and cinnamon. Set aside. Combine remainder of ingredients, mix at medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour 1/3 of the batter into prepared 9 x 13 inch pan (greased). Sprinkle 1/3 brown sugar mixture over batter. Pour remaining batter into pan. Top with remaining sugar mixture. Makes its own topping. No icing needed. Bake 40 to 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
