3 c. all purpose flour
3 eggs
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. mashed bananas
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center. Add eggs, pineapple, nuts, oil, vanilla and bananas. Stir, do not beat. Will take only a few stirs to mix. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes.
