EASY FRUIT SALAD 
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 (14 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 large pkg. vanilla pudding
2 to 3 sliced bananas

Drain and save the juice of canned fruits. Add water to drained juice to make 2 1/2 cups. Add to pudding. Mix and cook until thickened. Cool. Then add the fruit. You can also add white grapes and sliced maraschino cherries, if desired.
