TOMATO JAM 
4 c. tomatoes, chopped fine, peeled
4 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. of any "berry" jello

Add sugar to tomatoes and bring to a boil. Boil 15 minutes stirring constantly. Add jello and stir 10 minutes over medium heat. Pour into jars and cool slightly. Cover with wax or keep in refrigerator.
