TOMATO JAM 
5 c. tomatoes
5 c. sugar
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello

Steam tomatoes 20 minutes. Core and skin the tomatoes and blend in blender. Combine tomato and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Cool until foam goes down, then add strawberry Jello. Pour into small jelly jars and seal. Put jars into refrigerator to cool.
