5 c. green tomato, pureed in blender 4 c. sugar 2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) Jello, strawberry or raspberry Add to pureed tomatoes the sugar in saucepan. Simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Makes 8 small jam jars. |
