THICK AND CREAMY DIP 
1/2 c. fat free sour cream
1/2 c. fat free mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. frozen chopped chives, thawed
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, low sodium
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Combine all ingredients, cover mixture and chill.

Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.

Makes 1 cup.
