GREEN TOMATO PICKLES 
3 qts. green tomatoes (cut up in wedges)
1 qt. chopped onion
3 lg. chopped bell peppers
1 head cauliflower
1 hot pepper in each jar
Dill
1 sm. button garlic in each jar

Pack into jars dry. Pour boiling water over and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain. Mix:

3 qts. boiling water
1 c. salt
1 qt. vinegar

Let come to rolling boil. Pour over vegetables and seal.
